Georgia Cup Speeds Its Way to Duluth

On Aug. 2, 2014, 600 professional cyclists and an estimated 10,000-plus spectators will hit the streets of downtown for a bike race like no other when the City of Duluth hosts the Georgia Cup. The event celebrates fitness and healthy living with an exciting high-speed bike race, as well as a 1K that's open to the public. The action-packed day will also feature food, live music, vendors, face painting and other festivities.

Beautiful Stones Created from Old Car Paint

America's automotive history has been captured in a unique way. Old paint from U.S. auto factories has literally been sealed in stone, creating an enamel material called Fordite or Motor Agate. Unlike real agate, which forms over millions of years, these colorfully layered stones were forged over the course of many decades at car manufacturing facilities in Michigan.
